Questions manufacturers ask us first

Is there any charge to list a product?
No. Listing is free. We list products we believe our buyers will ask for, and we earn on the supply itself — not on the listing. If your range fits what our customers order, there is nothing to pay to appear on the site.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our sourcing desk reviews your details and gets in touch — usually within a working day. We will want to understand your grades and typical assay, monthly capacity, packing formats, documentation and export experience before anything is listed.
Do you only work with Indian manufacturers?
No. We source from plants across India and from producers abroad. If you manufacture outside India and want to reach the buyers we supply, you are welcome to list — just tell us your location and export capability in the form.
Why can't I upload my catalogue on this page?
Because nothing here is uploaded to a third-party service. The form composes an email in your own mail app instead, which keeps your documents private to you and us. Attach your catalogue, TDS or SDS in that email before pressing send.
My product isn't in the families you listed. Should I still send it?
Yes. The six families on this page are what our buyers ask for most often, not a closed list. Our customers regularly request unusual grades, so send the CAS number and specification anyway and we will tell you plainly whether there is demand.
Will you share my information with anyone?
Your details go to our sourcing desk so we can evaluate and contact you. We do not sell or publish your contact information. Once we agree to list a product, we will confirm with you exactly what appears publicly on the site before it goes live.
Do you buy directly, or only broker enquiries?
We buy. Chelora Chemicals is a supplier and sourcing partner — we place orders, take the material, handle export documentation and sell on to our own customers as one accountable counterparty. Read more about how we work.
How quickly can a product go live on the site?
Once we are aligned on grades, pricing basis and documentation, listing itself is quick. The time is usually spent on the commercial conversation and on reviewing your COA and SDS — not on building the page.
